I am looking to transfer my Studio apartment (Wynwood 1 floor plan) at the One at University. This apartment complex is located right across the street from the MMC campus of FIU, and is less than a 5 minute walk... to campus. It includes resort style amenities such as a beach entrance pool, gym and a roof terrace. Washer and dryer are both located within the unit. Internet, water and cable are all included and electricity is separate and metered.
This lease is from August 15th, 2024 through July 31st, 2025.
I am also looking for someone to take over my lease from May 12th, 2024 through July 31st, 2024. You are not required to take over both leases but it is available if you want it. Also, if you don’t wish to begin the summer lease until June or July that is acceptable as well.
