This apartment is located in a modern building with all the necessary amenities, including a rooftop pool, an outdoor barbecue area, a fitness center, concierge service, and covered parking. Our bright condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with a fully equipped kitchen, a queen-size bed in the first bedroom, two queen-size beds in the second bedroom, a full sofa bed and TV in the living room, a washer and dryer, ironing equipment, and 1 assigned parking spot.
Parking is included in the price of the stay and vehicles must not exceed 6.8 ft. The building provides charging stations for electric vehicles, which require a reservation through Building Link or directly with the front desk staff. There is a $50 per guest registration fee that must be paid at the front desk for adults.
The building is centrally located in Midtown Miami, placing you steps from the restaurants, bars, and shops at Midtown Miami, and within 5 minutes of the luxury shops and restaurants in the Miami Design District. By car, the Midblock condominium is 3 minutes from Wynwood Miami, 15 minutes from the Miami International Airport, and 18 minutes from South Beach.
The parking will only fit regular-size cars and oversized vehicles won’t have space to be parked. The property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. Only one set of keys is provided for security, and all visitors after 11:00 pm are subject to an additional $50 fee.
