Our 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has it all: a fully equipped kitchen, a king-size bed and TV in the bedroom, a sofa bed and TV in the living room, a balcony with a breathtaking view, a bathroom, and a washer and dryer. Paid valet parking is also available.
Guests get access to all the amenities offered by the resort including rooftop pools, a gym, a spa, and an on-site restaurant. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for an extra fee of $40 per night plus tax. Paid valet parking is available for $38.38. Please be aware that the property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether they were left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot.
Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the apartment offers a wealth of activities in the surrounding area and easy access to the best shopping and dining Miami and Fort Lauderdale have to offer. The Aventura Mall is about a 20-minute drive and the beach is just steps away. Guests can also quickly get to Gulfstream Park, the Art and Culture Center, and plenty of other places of interest including restaurants, malls, golf parks, bars, and clubs.
At least one guest has to be 21 years old. After the reservation is accepted, please provide the names of all guests who will be staying to facilitate the check-in process. If all necessary information is not provided 24 hours before arrival, the reservation will be canceled. There is a $40 per day plus tax resort fee that includes beach umbrellas, towels, and two chairs, and has to be paid at the hotel upon check-in. The beach services were temporarily relocated and it will take approximately a 10-minute walk along the beach to get to the amenities. Parties or a high volume of sound that annoys neighbors is not allowed in the unit; if this rule is ignored, the building may fine you.
