As a guest, you will have access to the gym, pool available from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and SPA services with a reservation. Paid valet parking is provided by the building with rates starting at $13.00 for 0-1 hour and up to $44.00 for 10-24 hours, plus a $2 gratuity fee. The valet parking will only fit regular-size vehicles, and oversized vehicles won’t have space to be parked. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment, and violation of this rule will lead to a $300 fine.
