Villas of Amberwood Townhome (Shared Housing)

Prefer Males ages 22-45.
1 private furnished small room with its own bathroom (bathroom not inside the room, but private to the room renter) at townhouse family oriented community. Utilities, parking, wifi included. 6 mos minimum stay and longer if... we are both happy with the arrangement. Otherwise, after 6 months a required 30 day advanced notice to vacate room. $900 Deposit + first month rent $700 = $1,400 moves you in. Rent can be prorated if you need to move prior to the 1st day of the month (can be based on daily rent for the first month if not moving 1st of month, then thereafter regular $700). Please note: private room is inside my townhouse. There are common sense house rules to make it friendly and cohabitable for all to enjoy. There are 3 bedrooms and every occupant has its own private bathroom. Everyone works and it’s unlikely you will see everyone together at the first time.

Laundry use once a weekday, whichever day you choose you must finish the laundry on that day. Limited kitchen access, meaning no extended gourmet cooking or baking - must clean after yourself - no maid service. Rent is due promptly the early morning of the 1st of each month.

*Doral, considered one of the best 20 cities in the US is safe for walking. Groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, banks, gas stations, all located within walking distance. A 10 minute drive major highways and airport. A gym is located right across the community. There are 3 Doral trolley routes that take you to the Palmetto Metrorail station and the stops are a block away from the community. There is a Trolley that directly commutes to FIU (please research details).

There are very old rescued female cats in the unit (17 and 18) not allowed in the bedrooms or kitchen. Please note in case you are allergic or dislike animals.
